TO MAINTAIN AND EXPAND ICE SKATING AND RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF CONCORD WHILE WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE CITY OF CONCORD'S PARKS AND RECREATION, GENERAL SERVICES AND OTHER ENTITIES TO INDEPENDENTLY FUND CAPITAL IMPPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S FACILITIES.
