A PARTNERSHIP FOR CHANGE (APFC) IS A NJ-BASED 501(C)(3) NON-PROFIT AGENCY DEDICATED TO ENDING INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND AWARENESS PROGRAMS, AND BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, REFERRAL AND SHORT-TERM COUNSELING TO VICTIMS.
