THE AMERICAN COLLEGE THEATRE FESTIVAL, A JOINT ENTERPRISE OF BOTH THE KENNEDY CENTER AND ACTF MANAGEMENT, IS DEDICATED TO ENCOURAGING, RECOGNIZING AND CELEBRATING THE FINEST AND MOST DIVERSE WORK PRODUCED IN UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE THEATRE PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, THEREBY FOSTERING QUALITY EDUCATION IN THE PERFORMING ARTS IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES ACROSS OUR COUNTRY.
