THIS INCLUDES THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF PLACES WHERE PEOPLE CONVENE, CONNECT AND CELEBRATE THE ESSENCE OF THEIR COMMUNITY IN ORDER TO BRING ABOUT HEALING TO CREATE PROSPEROUS VIBRANT LIVES. THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE PROVISION OF AFRO-CENTRIC PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT FOCUS ON YOUTH, FAMILY, ART, CULTURE, AND MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS OF ALL AGES, ETHNICITIES, AND NATIONALITIES.
