STRENGTHEN UNDERSTANDING OF THE IMPACTS OF BIOLOGICAL, PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL, ECONOMIC, POLITICAL, SOCIAL, AND TECHNICAL FACTORS ON THE AFRICAN FRESHWATER RESOURCES; AND3. ENHANCE GLOBAL COLLABORATION BETWEEN FRESHWATER LEARNING INSTITUTIONS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND ENTITIES TO ADDRESS THE CHALLENGES FACING ALL FRESHWATER RESOURCES WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE AFRICAN GREAT LAKES.
