THE PRIMARY GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT ORGANIZATION, WHICH WILL FOSTER AND PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS, THEIR MEMBERSHIPS AND OTHER AGRICULTURAL BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY FARMERS OR RANCHERS. SERVICE TO MEMBERS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENT OVER THAT RENDERED TO THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY IN GENERAL.
