OPERATE A YOUTH ICE HOCKEY ORGANIZATION TO TRAIN AND DEVELOP ATHLETES, YOUTH AGE 18 AND UNDER, TO THEIR BEST ABILITY TO ADVANCE IN THE SPORT OF HOCKEY. THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROMOTE SERIOUS COMPETITION BY FOSTERING AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITIONS.
