TO ACHIEVE THIS THE ORGANIZATION PRODUCES, FILMS, AND RECORDS CLASSICAL AND CONTEMPORARY ORCHESTRAL MASTERPIECES IN A CONCERT HALL, WITH THE RESULTING PROGRAMS TO BE BROADCAST OVER LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERACTIVE PUBLIC MEDIA.
