Mission

The Corporation provides affordable housing to economically challenged residence of South Queens New York. The residential rental income is below market value therefore the Corporation uses the commercial spaces in the same buildings to generate rental income to supplement the low income housing rent benefitting each resident occupant. In 2023 the Corporation incorporated an education program STEAM largely benefiting the residence of the buildings.
