OUR GOAL IS TO CHALLENGE THE STIGMA SURROUNDING MENTAL HEALTH IN OUR COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING SERVICES AND PSYCHO-EDUCATION THROUGH WORKSHOPS, GROUP SESSIONS, AND INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS. WE ALSO AIM TO PROVIDE OUR INSTITUTIONS, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, SCHOOLS AND WORKPLACES WITH THE PROPER TOOLS FOR UNDERSTANDING MENTAL HEALTH THROUGH CONSULTATIONS, TRAININGS, AND WORKSHOPS.
