PROMOTES PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION OF IT'S MEMBERS IN ADDITION TO SEARCHING OUT AND ADMINISTERING IMPROVEMENTS IN RESIDENT CARE THROUGH BETTER LONG TERM ADMINISTRATION. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ADMINISTERS CERTIFICATION EXAMINATIONS.
