THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO VARIOUS RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING, AND THE FUNDING OF IMPORTANT HEBREW WRITINGS AND JUDAICA BOOKS. THE FUNDS MAY BE DISTRIBUTED TO INSTITUTIONS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES IN THE UNITED STATES AND/OR ISRAEL.
