FOUNDED IN 1944, THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MEDIA PHOTOGRAPHERS (ORIGINALLY THE SOCIETY OF MAGAZINE PHOTOGRAPHERS) IS THE LEADING TRADE ASSOCIATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO PHOTOGRAPH PRIMARILY FOR PUBLICATION.
