TO PROVIDE A QUALITY EDUCATION TO STUDENTS ENROLLED IN ITS PRIVATE SCHOOL LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA. APPLIED EDUCATIONAL CONCEPTS, INC. SHALL PROVIDE EDUCATION SERVICES AND MATERIALS FOR PRE-K THROUGH GRADE 12 TO STUDENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY.
