TO OPERATE A FREE MEDICAL CLINIC FOR THE INDIGENT POPULATION OF NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI. ALL INDIGENT AND UNINSURED PATIENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDLESS OF WHERE THE PATIENTS LIVE. THE CLINIC WILL PROVIDE BASIC MEDICAL CARE AND MEDICINES TO ITS PATIENTS FREE OF CHARGE.
