TO AID AND ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, CITY OF TRENTON, WITH CONSIDERATIONS GIVEN ONLY TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME ELDERLY, 62 YEARS AND OLDER, AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS, TO ASSIST THEM BY PROVIDING SOCIAL PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES AND CONNECTIONS TO SOCIAL AGENCIES, THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO HAVE A LONGER SOCIAL AND INDEPENDENT LIFE.
