ARTSS ENRICHES THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SANDY SPRINGS RESIDENTS AND VISITORS THROUGH THE ACQUISITION AND PLACEMENT OF PUBLIC ART IN THE CITY'S PARKS AND OPEN SPACES.
