THE MISSION OF THE ASPHALT PAVING ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE THE USE OF HOT MIX ASPHALT CONSTRUCTION, AND IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING ITS MEMBERS WITH TECHNICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND MARKETING SUPPORT THAT WILL BEST AID THEM IN THE PRODUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF QUALITY ASPHALT.
