FOUNDED IN 2001 UNDER THE NAME THE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS CENTER OF ATLANTA, PATIENTS RECEIVE THE LATEST TREATMENT, RESEARCH, EDUCATION, AND SUPPORT DEDICATED TO ADVANCED CARE. EXTENDED SERVICES ARE OFFERED THAT ENABLE PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS THE RESOURCES NEEDED TO NAVIGATE TODAY'S HEALTHCARE SYSTEM WHICH INCLUDES SUPPORT GROUPS, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND PHARMACY EDUCATION.
