THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF, AND PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE SPORT OF CUTTING HORSES. THE GOAL IS PRIMARILY ACCOMPLISHED BY HOSTING AN ANNUAL EVENT.
