THE PURPOSE OF THE AEC IS TO CREATE A HEALTHY ATMOSPHERE OF COMPETITION AND RIVALRY AMONGST ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR STUDENT BODIES WHILE FOSTERING VALUES OF COOPERATION, LEADERSHIP, SELF-DISCIPLINE AND SPORTSMANSHIP AMONG THE PARTICIPATING STUDENT-ATHLETES. THE AEC OPERATES WITHIN THE RULES OF THE NCAA DIVISION III.
