THE TRUST WAS CREATED BY THE JULY 28, 2008 ORDER OF THE PIERCE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT THAT REQUIRED THE MURRAY PACIFIC CORPORATION TO FUND THE TRUST FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY TO REMEDIATE THE RELEASE OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES FROM A HIGHLY CONTAMINATED DUMP SITE.
