TO DEVELOP AMATEUR ATHLETES ON A NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL FOR THE SPORT OF SAILBOAT RACING. IT SERVES 14 MEMBER YACHT CLUBS ON BARNEGAT BAY NJ AND ASSISTS LOCAL YACHT CLUBS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA AS WELL AS SUPPORTS LOCAL SAILORS ON A NATIONAL LEVEL.
