Mission
Charitable. The BLA is an organization that receives a substantial part of its support from a governmental unit or from the general public. The Barrio Logan Association is the official City of San Diego advisory group to the Barrio Logan Maintenance Assessment District with the mission to revitalize the community through maintenance, beautification, public safety, community resources and education, preservation of art and culture, and creation of signature district events.
