EXPANDING OUTREACH PROGRAMS AND COLLABORATING WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS 5. PROVIDING A SOUND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, PRUDENT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, AND AN ENDOWMENT SUFFICIENT TO ACCOMPLISH ITS GOALS.
