Mission
THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE TO THE RESIDENTS OF BEAR LAKE VALLEY. IT ALSO SUPPORTS THE FURTHERING OF HEALTH CARE EDUCATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE VALLEY'S RESIDENTS BY SPONSORING HEALTH FAIRS, GRANTS TO THE HOSPITAL FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, WELLNESS PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES, AND GRANTS TO VARIOUS ENTITIES TO HELP WITH ECONOMIC GROWTH.
