To facilitate and promote the religious, educational, and community-based activities of the Jewish community in the Quad Cities area through ownership and operation of a facility occupied by Congregation B'Nai Israel and Tri-City Jewish Center as their houses of worship, educational centers, and facilities for community based activities and celebrations.
