THE FOUNDATION IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BERGEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE IN ATTAINING, HOLDING, INVESTING, AND ADMINISTERING PROPERTY AND MAKING EXPENDITURES TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COLLEGE, ITS STUDENTS AND ITS FACULTY AND STAFF.
