BERKELEY REAL ESTATE FORUM WAS ESTABLISHED TO ASSIST IN ARRANGING AND PRESENTING CONFERENCES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING ACADEMIC RESEARCHERS AND UNIVERSITY-LEVEL TEACHERS TO OBTAIN CURRENT REAL ESTATE MARKET INFORMATION, PRACTICES, AND TRENDS FROM LEADING PRACTITIONERS OF REAL ESTATE AND RELATED FIELDS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2024, BERKELEY REAL ESTATE FORUM ASSISTED WITH TWO SUCCESSFUL CONFERENCES HELD IN OCTOBER 2023 AND APRIL 2024.
