THE CORPORATION WAS CREATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING THE BIDWELL MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. THE CLUB MAINTAINS AND IMPROVES THE GOLF COURSE FACILITIES.
