THEIR MISSION IS TO ASSIST LOW INCOME PEOPLE AND EMPOWER THEM TO BECOME SELF-RELIANT, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS. THEIR PROGRAMS ARE FUNDED THROUGH FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL GRANTS.
