THE PLAN PROVIDES FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AS SPECIFIED IN THE PLAN. THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEE HAS THE OPTION OF SERVICES THROUGH THE FUND-MAINTAINED OR CONTRACTED LAW OFFICE OR THE SERVICES OF AN ATTORNEY OF THEIR OWN CHOOSING SUBJECT TO CERTAIN LIMITS.
