DISTRIBUTE NEW BOOTS, SOCKS, MITTENS, AND HATS TO LOCAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN FROM POOR FAMILIES. POTENTIAL RECEIPIENTS ARE IDENTIFIED AS POOR CHILDREN NEEDING ASSISTANCE BY SCHOOL TEACHERS, COUNSELORS, SOCIAL WORI (ERS, FOOD PANTRIES, CHURCHES, OTHER NON-PROFIT AGENCIES, ETC.
