OVER THE LAST 15 YEARS WE HAVE HELPED REHABILITATE FIVE ABANDONED HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND BUILD THREE NEW BUIDLINGS, CREATING AND MAINTAINING 330 RESIDENTIAL UNITS, OF WHICH, 308 ARE AFFORDABLE TO RESIDENTS MAKING 60% OF THE AREA MEDIAN INCOME OR LESS ON OUR CAMPUS KNOWN AS THE FORMER BOSTON SPECIALTY REHABILITATION HOSPITAL CAMPUS.
