THE ORGANIZATION IS A FRATERNAL SOCIETY OPERATING UNDER THE LODGE SYSTEM, CHARTERED BY THE BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ORDER OF THE ELKS. ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS, ENHANCE PATRIOTISM AND GOOD FELLOWSHIP.
