THE WASHINGTON STATE ELKS ASSOCIATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE LIAISON SERVICES BETWEEN THE GRAND LODGE AND LOCAL STATE LODGES. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE WASHINGTON ELKS THERAPY PROGRAM (WETP).
