BARL IS A DEDICATED, GROWING ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO REDUCING EUTHANIZATION OF COMPANION ANIMALS. WE ARRANGE SHELTER AND BASIC VETERINARY SERVICES FOR ABANDONED AND ORPHANED ANIMALS UNTIL THEY CAN BE PLACED WITH FAMILIES.
