THE COMPANY WAS FORMED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATION AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES TO PROVIDE SUPERVISED PROGRAMS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN A WORK-ORIENTED FACILITY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WORK SKILLS, PERSONAL ADJUSTMENT, AND REHABILITATION FOR THE VOCATIONALLY HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED PERSON. THE COMPANY ALSO OPERATES A COMMUNITY LIVING PROGRAM TO ENHANCE LIVING SKILLS AND PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE.
