THE BIA PROMOTES OUR MEMBERS THROUGH ADVOCACY AND EDUCATION, AND PROVIDES COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE PEOPLE OF HAWAII.
