THE ORGANIZATION WORKS TO REDUCE THE IMPACT OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE, SUICIDE AND OTHER WORKER STRUGGLES IN MASSACHUSETTS BUILDING TRADES UNIONS BY PROMOTING THE UNIONS' EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, HIGHLIGHTING NETWORKS OF PEER-TO-PEER SUPPORT, AND REDUCING THE STIGMA AND WORK-LOSS FEARS THAT PREVENT UNION MEMBERS FROM GETTING HELP.
