TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE BASEBALL PROGRAM THROUGH TRAVEL BASEBALL TEAMS.D. TO BE A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR NONPROFIT PURPOSES AND THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS ARE NOT TO DERIVE PROFIT THERE FROM. THIS ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
