TO CONDUCT AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF LOCAL RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES, AS WELL AS TOURISTS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE AVOCADO AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY, TO PROVIDE THE FUNDING OF SPONSORSHIPS, TO SUPPORT LOCAL COMMUNITY PROJECTS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM WITHIN THE CARPINTERIA VALLEY.
