THE CORPORATION WAS ORGANIZED TO CONDUCT ACTIVITIES AT LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT BY ESTABLISHING ITSELF AS THE OFFICE OF RECEIVER, AND TO TAKE CONTROL OF THE DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SERVICES TO CALIFORNIA STATE PRISONERS CONFINED BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND REHABILITATION (CDCR).
