THE MISSION OF THE CALIFORNIA SCOTTISH RITE FOUNDATION (CSRF) IS DEDICATED TO SUPPORT AND ASSIST THE CHILDREN IN CALIFORNIA TO DEVELOP THEIR FULL POTENTIAL BY PROVIDING CHILDHOOD LANGUAGE SERVICES, SCHOLARSHIPS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PROGRAMS.
