THE MISSION OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE GAMES IS TO PROMOTE AND NURTURE THE HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND WELL-BEING OF RESIDENTS BY MANAGING A HIGH QUALITY AMATEUR SPORTS EVENT THAT ENCOURAGES PARTICIPATION AND PROVIDES AN OLYMPIC-STYLE EXPERIENCE.
