THE CAPE PARENT-TEACHER-STUDENT ORGANIZATION (PTSO) WAS CREATED TO SERVE TWO MAIN GOALS: RAISE MONEY FOR CAPE CHARTER SCHOOL BY COORDINATING FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES, AND TO COORDINATE PARENT VOLUNTEERS WITH THE NEEDS OF THE SCHOOL.
