THE ORGANIZATIONS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH AND THOSE WHO CARE FOR THEM, TO REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL AND BECOME CARING, SELF-DIRECTED INDIVIDUALS, RESPONSIBBLE TO THEMSELVES AND OTHERS AND TO IMPROVE THOSE CONDITIONS IN SOCIETY THAT AFFECT THEM.
