PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FORM LIFE-LONG FRIENDSHIPS BY ALLOWING CAMPERS AND COUNSELORS WITHIN THE CAMP COMMUNITY TO RETURN YEAR AFTER YEAR.
