THE DISTRICT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION WAS CREATED TO ASSIST THE TOWNSHIP OF IRVINGTON, NJ N PROMOTING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND GENERAL WELFARE, BY PROVIDING SERVICES TO BENEFIT BUSINESSES, EMPLOYEES, AND AND CONSUMERS, BY EXECUTING SELF-HELP PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE LOCAL BUSINESS CLIMATES, AND BY PROVIDING A SAFER AND CLEANER ENVIRONMENT WITHIN THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
