AT THE CAPE CINEMA, OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AVANT GARDE EXHIBITION, LIVE PERFORMANCES, AND INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT TO THE COMMUNITY IN OUR ART HOUSE THEATRICAL VENUE. WE BRING IN MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO EXPRESS ARTISTIC, CIVIC, AND EDUCATIONAL SKILLSETS AND INTERESTS TO OUR PATRONS. OUR PRINCIPLE PURPOSE HAS BEEN MAINTAINING OUR IDENTITY AS AN ARTHOUSE MOVIE THEATRE SINCE 1930 WHILE ALSO DIVERSIFYING OUR CONTENT, UTILIZING OUR VENUE AS A MULTIPURPOSE SPACE TO ENTERTAIN AND EDUCATE, AND CONTINUING TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORIC CAPE CINEMA INSTITUTION.
